1968 Mercedes-Benz 200-Series 280s

Mercedes-Benz 200-Series . Here is a very original 1968 Mercedes 280s I bought for a gentleman in Germany and he has been un-able to complete the purchase. This car was bought new in St. Petersburg FL for just over $7000 in 1968. Just think what you could have bought in 1968 for that amount of money. It has what appears to be every single receipt since new including many years of Mercedes service records, the original window sticker, the paperwork for the dealer installed A/C and so much more. The car still has the original paint on it and is very complete and in-altered. It does have a few rust spots (trunk drops, right lower A-pillar, left rear door bottom, lower left fender and possibly a couple other) but it’s much better than most you can find and there is no hidden or covered up repairs. The radiator has been removed and at a minimum that will need to be replaced to run again. I was told it did run when parked about 10 years ago but I have not tried to do anything except verify the motor is not frozen.
