1979 Mercedes 450SL - Only 37K Original Miles, Original Paint, Recent Service!

This Yellow (624) 1979 Mercedes-Benz 450SL arrived in our shop in 2004 after a few years of climate controlled storage. Our customer purchased the car from his friend who was the 1st owner. The car displayed only 29,574 miles, low mileage typical of Northern summer only cars.

We performed an initial full service including replacing the original tires and top which had become shabby from age.

Our customer, a collector with many options of what to drive on a sunny summer day, decided to sell the car in 2009 after 5 years of occasional use. We recommended this well maintained low mileage SL to another collector customer who continued the pattern of occasional summer use until 2019.

Now, after performing another round of time and mileage maintenance needs, this rare yellow low mileage SL is available in like new condition. All service receipts are included from our 15 year association with this investment grade SL. Excellent original paint and Bamboo leather interior (204), with a clean chassis. Includes hardtop.
