A descendant of the Mercedes-Benz W194 race car, the Gull Wing was an ultra high performance vehicle Mercedes-Benz never intended to produce. Becoming the fastest production car of its time, the Gull Wing went on to be voted Sports Car of the Century. This excellent, fully restored 1957 example was the last year of the short 1,400 car production run. This 300SL comes in a hard to find gray on red leather, including the highly sought after rudge wheels. Previously owned by one of the country's premier collectors, this 300SL includes thorough restoration records, matching gull wing luggage, spare tire kit, tool kit and additional accessories.
