Car description |
---|
I am parting ways with this pristine 1985 Mercedes 300CD. It is gold with a perfect Palomino interior. It currently has 119,000+ miles on it and has spent its whole life indoors.
It was owned by one family of collectors since 1991 and had been in climate controlled custom storagewith another 30+ classic cars and their own full time mechanic/restorer. I did have to have thetransmissionrebuilt, most likely from sitting. I also got new coco mats, and a correct looking bluetooth stereo from Becker sound.
The main blemishes on this car that you will see is the scrape on the drivers side rear wheel well, a door ding on the front passenger wheel well, and the missing nets on the backs of the seats. The wheels look pretty bad because they were chrome plated at some point and it ispeeling. The paint is good original overall with what looks like a respray at some point on one of the doors. The roof works, a little slow in the winter though. The antenna works, and all the windows.
The car is located in Seattle.
