1975 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class 450 SL Convertible with Low Mileage (085901)and Two Tops. This fine Mercedes has an incredible amount of preventive maintenance done to excess within the last 2 years .All professional mechanical work was peformed less than 3,000 miles ago.The receipts total over $11,000 USD.The miles are true and documented by the two owners previously at 085901.The items attended to inclue: power steering couple, and box replaced for safe driving.The 3 speed automatic transmission was completely serviced and rebuilt at 84000 miles.New Bosch EFI fuel injectors.New water pump.Flushed cooling system.5 new tires.All new suspension bushings,front,and rear.Safety Mercedes engine cradle was also done.Additionally,the entire A/C system was upgraded,and high pressure tubes were replaced and a new ac compressor installed.The A/c operation is flawless,and now compared to newer cars in it's effectiveness.It has performed a 300 mile road trip last tuesday and ran excellently without any problems.No overheatin, even with AC engaged. Hiway speeds ran 70 MPH from Henderson,Nevad, back to Indian Wells,Ca.The superb looking seats are Genuine LEATHER.They are not vinyl.No discolorations nor cushion deflations on this car.The blue dashtop,ingreat original shape,is the real das,not a cover.Factory Vintage Radio is perfectly operational,as is the Hirsham electric factory issued antenna.The car comes with original HUF valet key,and HUF ignition keytoo.The windshield is the Original one with the Daimler logo intact still.The car is ready fror immense long term enjoyment without alot of expense,as it's already tended to at a copst that exceeeds our asking price!The exterior trim and silver finish is in great shape without any sun related damages.The interior has super nice flat door panels,oem loopy Mercedes correct carpets,Becker Stereo that works!Booklets and receipts galore!
