Car description

My dad's car and final car of his I'm liquidating. Purchased in 2000 on Ebay (he printed his paperwork so I have it still!) from Texas owner with miles of 100,800. Has been in my dad's storage and barely driven since (non-smoker). I drove car from Kansas City, MO to Omaha, NE (dad's old house to mine) on interstate and car drove well. Would keep, but I already kept 2 other of his antique cars and don't have room for this one nor know someone in the area that can work on an older Mercedes for me!
Exterior is like new: I did not see any rust or damage. It does need a wash/vaccum. I forgot to take pictures of engine and trunk before putting it in my storage so if you want those let me know and I will go back to get them and send/add.
Interior is also like new: Leather seats, no tears! Some staining on head rest trim. I didn't see any other issues.
Car had been sitting unused for a couple years. Thus we put in a new battery and had it towed to repair shop for inspection since it wouldn't start. They redid the fuel system: new fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel line, fuel injectors, spark plugs, ignition wire set, dist.cap & dist. rotor. Brakes inspected as having plenty of life left and do feel good. After that the car starts right up and engine seems to be working fine. I would recommend new tires since these have been on a while. Cruise worked well, however I could not get the radio (Sony am/fm cassette with Sony 10 CD Changer in trunk) to work. Could just be me - did not have a cassette or CD to test those. A/C is blowing, but not cold and the window washer fluid is not working, needs new washer pump likely.
Lastly, I do not know how to get the hard top off and I am afraid to get it off/try to put back on! So I have not inspected the soft top. Pictures from the previous ebay listing of my dad's makes it look like new, but not sure how storage for almost 20 years would have affected it.
Non-Refundable deposit of $500 by PayPal is due within 48 hours of auction.Car is being sold "as is" no warranty or guarantees. Balance paid by cash in person. Will try to answer questions - but my knowledge of cars is not at all like my dad's was :)
