1994 Mercedes S350 Turbo Diesel
NOT a ROD BENDER
The 603.971 motor has been replaced with the 606.962 RELIABLE MERCEDES BENZ motor with THE mechanical injection pump from a 1999 E300 turbo diesel Turbo Intercooler, low millage ONLY 38,000, nowprobably about 50, 000 miles or about.
Interior is super clean
AC has a leak ; does not hold recharge; otherwise, ice cold.
Has had two minor accidents and it was total loss but still has a California clean title.
The car has been repaired already withoriginalMercedes benz OEM parts.
Basically for this price you'll be buying the Motor and whole conversion components only, but you are taking the whole car, you can use the car or use the motor setup for a project, your choice.
Has current registration until August 2019
2 issues that need to be mention:
The car is drive-ableas it is, though the oil leak and the transmission problem, reverse engages with delay on flat road; not uphill.
1. The rear crankshaft seal needs to be replace because it leaks oil (I have the part already to install); the story was that the priviousowner of the motor on another W140 Mbz put too much oil and thats how he damaged the seal.
2. AC needs service (finding the leak might be easy if you have the right tools and equipment; not for me).
The rest of the car is ok (except for the paint) some areas the clear coat is coming off.
Come look at we can negotiate the price if you buy only the engine, let you have it for 2800 only the engine, no motor mount and fun clutch, less wire harness.
