Car description |
---|
Here is a 1976 Mercedes-Benz 450-SLC sports coupe two door car. The Legend on the title says "Previously Salvaged". It has 113,000 miles on it. Automatic transmission.
Vehicle was running well and then I let is set for 3 years without starting it or driving it. I have had it covered for the last two years but it had been in the weather for 5 years before that and the paint on the hood, roof back and parts of the sides has been worn down from sun, wind, rain & snow. The car should be repainted. Two wheels have gone flat and I doubt they would hold air. The battery has gone dead. Previous to this the sunroof worked and didn't leak. The suspension was nice and smooth. It was fun to drive. It's got the big engine. The car was a salvage car that was restored by Cordel Motors in Omaha around 2002. The body is good other than needing a paint job. Sold as is.
It is not driveable as is. So it will need to be towed away or hauled away. These would be at the buyers responsibility.
