1985 Mercedes-Benz 300TD Turbodiesel (WDBAB93C9FF049761); 224K miles on this W123T.
Clean and Clear New Jersey Title in-hand. Click on VIN# above to view vehicle order build sheet.
This vehicle is being offered with all available service records, original tool set, floor mats, double roller blind, first aid kit, jack, extra fuses, spare, and the original Becker Mexico radio.
This beautiful Diamond Blue W123T wagon was optioned from the factory fully loaded with zebrano trim, roof rack, heated seats, automatic transmission and power windows. The 5-cylinder OM617A turbodiesel engine stars right up, idles smoothly, and drives well. The automatic transmission appears to be in good condition, with no noted problems experienced by the listing party. The Palomino MB-Tex vinyl interior has aged beautifully, with the seats exhibiting no excessive bounce, sag, or distress. Purchased six years ago by our client with 210,000 miles, driven on several road trips until being stored two years ago. With 224,000 original miles now on the odometer, this diesel beauty could make it to a million with just a slight tuneup. With a small budget and some elbow grease, this W123T could be that awesome vintage grocery-hauler (or roadtrip warrior) you've always wanted!
Condition issues known to seller and noted in gallery include:-Needs new flasher relay for signal lights (blinkers do not currently work, but "hazard" function does)
-Structural and surface rust near jack points, and in spare wheel well-Power windows do not currently work (unknown)
-Needs new gasket for mechanical moon roof (currently exhibits leak from seam down through rear left door)
-Engine appears to leak oil near head, possibly needs new head gasket-Needs new tires-Needs new front hood latch tab-Paintwork and brightwork could certainly benefit from a refresh; scratches, de-lamination, paint loss and patina are consistent for a vehicle of this age and mileage.
-Needs new netting for backseat passenger storage(s)
We have exerted great effort to provide you with an accurate assessment of this vehicle's paint, structure, mechanical, and bodywork through the photos and description above.
Please feel free to ask any questions you may have about this vehicle, which have not yet been addressed through our description of the vehicle.
