Car description

I bought this car on Ebay in Valparaiso, IN in 2003 with 69,000 miles on it. The old gentleman only drove it to the golf course on Sundays (really!). He left it to his daughter who didn't like it - wanted a minivan. I bought it from her. This is my wife's car and she only puts about 3330 miles a year on it. It lives in our garage and if ever parked outside (grocery store etc.), she puts the sun shades up. There is no rust anywhere on this car. The leather is in excellent condition. We've had sheepskins on the front since we've had it - underneath the leather looks new. All the body panels are original with the MB VIN stickers on them. All the glass is original and in really good shape. This car has never been in an accident/wreck/fender bender. It does have very minor dings comenserate with a 30 year old car. The paint looks good from a few steps away but shows some crazing of the clear-coat. The air-conditioning was upgraded to R134 refrigerant in 2017 and hangs icicles. All accessories work except sometimes the driver's headrest doesn't move by pushbutton (works manually). The original Becker Grand Prix cassette deck has been upgraded to a Becker Grand Prix CD player. There are cables in the trunk for a changer but I don't have one. The Michelin Premier tires only have about 3000 miles on them. The shop did a front-end alignment when the new tires went on. Albuquerque has smog test regulations every two years and this car always passes with flying colors (I'll get a new one before the auction ends and send it to you). I can also provide more pictures if you like. I change the oil every 3000 miles and use only Valvoline 10W40 dino oil. I only use Chevron premium (91 octane) gas. I have kept all fluids/filters replaced religiously. I can't remember when I put the battery in but it is a full size Interstate. This car is NOT quick, but it IS fast. It weighs nearly 3 tons. It will cruise at 100+ MPH all day in quiet comfort. Please contact me with any questions. I will help with arranged shipping but it's your responsibility. I am close to the airport and can pick you up for a test drive if you like. I would not hesitate to drive this car to Bangor Maine - it's ready to go.I have this car listed for sale locally and so auction may end early. Obviously a "buy-it-now" will take the car.
