Car description |
---|
My father-in-law bought this car in October 2014, dropped it off at a Mercedes-Benz dealership and told them to 'Make this car run like new" A thorough diagnosis was performed and, $7689.43 was invested into the car. I'm including the front of the bill.It idles slightly high (around 900 rpm see pic) but otherwise starts and runs well.
The all leather interior is a very-groovy-olive-green (remember 1975?) and in good condition except for a few obvious tears on the driver's seat. The door pull handles on one side (on both sides of the car) have separated slightly from the door . The carpeting is in good shape. The removable hard top is deep forest green in very good condition and the convertible top is in very good condition also. As you can see in the photos, the windows are tinted and there is a nice chrome luggage rack on the trunk. No dents, major flaws or rotting on the body. Close-up of scratch on drive's side door is the last photo. Underside appears well, see photos. This is a vintage vehicle with typical crazing, paint nicks and wear that anyone would expect. One parking rear lens-cap has a crack w/missing chip that I just noticed taking the pictures. As you may know, these cars are notorious for rust, however this car is relatively rust-free (aside from superficial spots). I've taken pictures to expose flaws as well as feature the nice condition of this snazzy vehicle.AS IS, No Reserve!
