1981 MECEDES BENZ 240D

This 1981 Mercedes was purchased from the local garage that specializes in European autos. The original owner had a detailed hand written diary of his upkeep of the car. The interior is spotless, which includes the seats, carpet, matts, etc. The original Mercedes Matts were never used as they were covered with heavy duty rubber matts. The sun roof does not leak, all the electrical works, windows, heat, air and even the original cassette, am/fm radio. The cruise control is not in operation. Extensive work was done, as the vehicle sat in a garage for about 8 years. The exterior paint is in mint condition, no distortions, wear of any kind. You will be hard pressed to find rust on this vehicle. New tires, motor mounts, full detailed, tuneup and most important a compression test (328-330) which is excellent. No leaking oil, no smoke when you start the car. Wheels were removed and power washed to remove any old brake shoe dust and the rims were repainted to their original state. The tool set, owners manual and first aid kits are also in the car. It drives like a Mercedes and it's one solid vehicle. I purchased it for my wife, but she decided she wanted a Prius instead.
