Finished in rare blue black metallic and saffron interior(Lack-Code - 199 - blauschwarz/ Polster-Code - 274 - safran), this example represents the very high point of the venerable R107 series. This is a final production year car (Model Year 1989) and at 5.6 litres is equipped with the largest displacement engine ever offered in this chassis. (Over its seventeen-year run, the 107 was variously offered in 2.8 L, 3.0 L, 3.5 L, 3.8 L, 4.2 L, 4.5 L, 5.0 L and 5.6 L guises.)
