Car description |
---|
Its been a fun relationship - she only stranded me twice and I have showered her with updated parts - most recently new brake calipers - there have been new engine mounts, new bilstein shocks front and rear and many other parts - we have just lost the fire for working on our relationship and its time for us to separate.
I believe that she currently has a automatic choke problem with the carb. She will start and drive but I wouldn't plan on driving her home. I believe the paint is original but it will need a color sanding to come back to a real shiny finish. Its lived its life in CA so the body is strong and would make an excellent candidate for restoration. The interior is pretty baked, cracked dash, etc. AC was puuled by previous owner and is long gone
We came together like a house on fire a couple of years ago and she has been a daily driver for me for the past 2 years. I am sure we covered at least 10,000 miles together but the odometer gave out so she is no longer telling the truth about her age like any classy lady.
Did I mention that you hustle her down the road with a sweet german 4-speed transmission - that will be missed.
Reach out and let me know if you are interested in taking over this relationship.
