Car description |

1984 Mercedes 300 CDT CoupeThis car's diesel engine is known for lasting very long and being very reliable.Sunroof is fully functioning and doesn't have any leaks.New glow plugsInterior is in great shape. The dash has the typical cracks, but is covered up nicely with a dash cover.
The clear coat on the original paint has the typical fading that is usually found on cars of this age.
The air conditioning is not currently working. I recharged it last year and it was working fine but it has probably lost its charge again and needs a slow leak in the system repaired.
I had the entire front end suspension system professionally rebuilt and all components were replaced. It rides really smooth like it did when it was new. This was very costly and most of these cars are worn out and don't get replaced.
Why am I selling it? I bought it for my daughter 5 years ago as her first car because they are known for being really safe cars, inexpensive, reliable, and pretty darn comfortable. It was a perfect car for her in San Diego but she moved away for college to San Francisco, she needed something shorter to fit in her tiny SF parking space.
