Overall good car that needs a little love. This is the tank version of the S-Class Mercedes Benz that was built to run forever. Prior owners did a good job at trying to prove that as well.
It does run and drive, BUT when cold, it needs a shot of starter fluid to get it going. Once started and warmed up, it does run and drive fine. Might be a fuel relay or pump or check valve? I have not taken the time to find out the cause and fix it. In addition, the battery is a little weak, as it will lose charge after a couple days.
My mechanic who works on my Mercedes Benzes is overloaded with work from us and this keeps getting pushed down the priority list. Rather than let it sit for months on end until he MAY get the time to tackle it, I have chosen to just sell it.
Chrome rims are nice on it, tires have decent tread. Many of the electronics have been replaced by prior owner who drove this car significantly. Interior is overall ok, body is fair. It has some clearcoat peeling on the fender, some minor rust developing but not too major. Fix and drive, use for parts, lawn art, scrap, etc. Your choice. Title in hand.
