This 1984 Mercedes Benz 300tdt is an original one owner verified 167. 00 mile car. The body is in great shape and is rust free still wears the original Mercedes painted on stripe and windshield!!! and has only minor chips and dings. The car was originally bought at Manhattan Mercedes Benz and used for its early year for family vacations and was rarely used otherwise. In its later year Harold put a few hundred miles a year whenever he went out of town but the car spent almost all of the last 10 years in the top floor of a Manhattan Parking garage. Mechanically the car is excellent and has no leaks. Engine runs fantastic was just tuned up and valves adjusted and starts on the coldest day without hesitation. The car has a new exhaust and the self leveling suspension has been serviced. rear shocks replaced and works as it should. Brakes are new with new rear calipers. The transmission has been serviced shifts smooth and positive and does all as it should. The interior is a 9 out of 10 Front seats dash and door panels are immaculate only imperfection is the glove box which a has a noticeable crack in the wood trim and the rear seat bottom which while presentable could use a recover or replacement to be on par with the rest of the car. The rare third row seat is immaculate and complete. The car is an excellent example of a legendary car and is ready for whatever lies ahead.
