Mercedes Benz 450SL 450 SL Convertible 83,069 Miles Needs Interior + New parts

I am selling a decent Mercedes Benz 450SL 450 SL Convertible 83,069 Miles Needs Interior + New parts.
There is no rust on the body other than a little surface rust, the interior is not good other than dash and steering wheel and rear area behind seats. The car comes with tons of new part. New Oil Filter, Air Filter, Oil Change, Distributor, Wires, Tires, Car Is partially taken a part but is till in running condition. All rubber and boots for drivetrain are replaced and not leaking fairly new. The shocks are newer but this will come with many other new parts like brakes but are not needed to be replaced. But might have a line in need of replacing. To many new parts to list but comes with many new parts as well as parts taken off just facial parts.
THE NEW TIRES ARE ALSO UNIROYAL TIGER PAW AWP II RADIAL WITH THE ORIGINAL MERCEDES RIMS.
THERE ARE SOME NEW BRAKES AND ALSO VALVE COVER GASKETS, SOME EXTRA FUSES AND RELAYS.
THIS ALSO HAS THE ORIGINAL TOOL KIT THAT COMES WITH THIS AND THE ORIGINAL JACK SEEN IN TRUNK.
THERE ARE ONLY A FEW FIXABLE HOLES IN THE FLOOR BOARDS. BUT AS I SAID AND WILL SAY IT AGAIN.
THE BODY HAS VIRTUALLY NO RUST AND ALSO UNDER THE DOORS NO RUST.
THE CONVERTIBLE TOP HAS A LITTLE RUST STARTING AROUND THE REAR AREA OF THE TOP UNDER THE REAR WINDOW INSIDE.
THE BUMPERS ARE ALSO IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND NEED A LITTLE CLEANING.
I TOOK THE FRONT BUMPER OFF AS WELL AS THE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLIES AND CLEANED THEM AS I SAID.
THERE ARE ALSO FOG LIGHT PICTURED AND IN IMPECCABLE CONDITION.
I TOOK A FEW PARTS OFF TO GET READY FOR A RESTORATION. THIS WILL NEED A NEW RUG AND NEW CENTER CONSOLE.
THE DASH HAS A FEW SMALL AREAS WITH ONE OR MAYBE TWO CRACKS WHERE THE HEAT COMES OUT.
THE WINDOWS IN CAR ALL WORK BEING POWER WINDOWS AND ALL ARE ORIGINAL. THE SEALS ARE ALL IN NEED OF NEW ONES.
THE SEATS NEED CLEANING AND ADJUSTING AND NEED TO BE CLEANED OR DYED OR LEFT THE WAY THEY ARE.
Was getting ready to restore but I cant afford it. THE NEW PARTS LISTED AND PICTURED DO NOT HAVE TO BE CHANGED BUT ARE INCLUDED WITH THIS AUCTION.
THERE IS NO RADIO ALL THE HEATER AND DEFROSTER BUTTONS AS WELL AS PART OF DASH FACIAL PLATE ARE INCLUDED AND PICTURED.
THE ASTRAY AS WELL AS MANY CHROME INTERIOR PARTS HAVE BEEN REMOVED AND ARE PICTURED IN THE DESCRIPTION AREA IN DETAIL AS WELL AS 1 PHOTO IN THE EBAY 24 PICTURE PACK. THEY ARE ALL IN IMPECCABLE CONDITION.
THIS ALSO COMES WITH 2 EXTRA FANS BEING ELECTRIC FOR THE TRANSMISSION COOLER.
THE TRANSMISSION WORKS PERFECTLY AS WELL AS THE REST OF THE DRIVE TRAIN.
THE EXHAUST SYSTEM IS FAIRLY NEW AND SOUNDS GREAT AS WELL AS ALL THE BOOTS FOR THE DRIVE TRAIN ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND NOT DRIED OUT AND LOOK LIKE THEY HAVE BEEN CHANGED IN THE PAST.
ALL THE WINDOWS SWITCHES AND STEERING WHEEL BUTTONS AS WELL AS ALL THE OTHER DASH KNOB BUTTONS AND SWITCHES ARE WORKING.
THE ELECTRICAL WIRING OF THIS CAR IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND IS ALL IN EXCELLENT NOT DRIED OUT CONDITION.
THE WIRES FOR A ORIGINAL MERCEDES RADIO ARE INCLUDED AND READY FOR A EASY CONNECTION. THE ANTENNA IS INCLUDED AND IS WORKING.
THIS VEHICLE WAS ON THE ROAD THIS YEAR AND HAS ONLY 83,069 ORIGINAL MILES. AS WELL AS A CLEAN CLEAR TITLE THAT COMES WITH THIS AUCTION.
The interior is poor The body is almost no rust meaning trunk, hood, doors under doors, rear panels, wheel well, and frame. There is a few holes in the bottom and rear deck (just starting). Car is in need of a restoration or partial restoration. Or can be driven as is.
Transmission and engine are low mileage matching numbers. car was on the road in 2016. Car is pictured below. As well in the description area with even more photos. There are also many new parts pictured and not listed here in condition.
There are also power windows working but needs new rubber and seals here and there.
The body on this car is so clean and looks like 1st ebay pic 20 feet away.

I have also just noticed that this car is equipped with 4 wheel disc brakes. I am offering the New Drum Pads seen in pictures but the car does not take drum pads just disc pads as seen in the photos. The car also has a door trim not seen in or on passenger side door. I have the trim piece and is pictured . The car I found out also was a Florida Car originally and that seems to be the main reason there is not veryt much rust.
