300E 4 door sedan, ivory, all original, regularly maintained and serviced

For your consideration is this beautiful 1986 Mercedes 300E Series. This car was originally purchased by USAF fighter pilot who shortly after retired. He took miraculous care of it. The car is a true California car, urchased and then serviced every 5000 miles at the local Mercedes dealership in Sacramento. I have all the service records and service manuals. Just before his death he wanted to give the car to another person (nextdoor neighbor ) who understood the perfection and extent of the German engineering. He found that is a fellow retired engineer who also held a passion for German cars. The new owner then proceeded to store it in his garage for 10 years taking it out periodically to loosen her up. Don't miss out as this might one of the cleanest 300E Series left. It has 90,000 pampered miles, eautiful paint and needs nothing. All the electrical components work like new: the Tectonic Becker 754 CD/Radio: sunroof: retractable headrests: headlight wash/wipers and more. The desert beige leather interior is mint, as a beautiful exterior in light ivory and has newer Michelin radial tires. This Mercedes is truly an example of German engineering. The Mercedes 300E W124 has won numerous awards for engineering reliability. In fact the initial design cost was so high that the 300E was over-engineered and designed to last many miles, ith awards actually given and worn by high mileage versions.
