I have a 1975 Mercedes 450SLC, ll original for sale. These have become increasingly rare to find, specially with the body in good condition. It does start when jumped, as a new battery, new rear brakes/calipers, new rear brake lines, new fuel line. I expect it needs an alternator, now it will need engine work, nterior work, nd other repairs to make it a regular driver.Included is theoriginal jack in the trunk, long with the spare tire under the mat in the trunk. The paint appears to be original, as a couple of small spots around the windows and there is rust around the 4 jack mount holes at the base of the car. There is a small scrape on the passenger side front fender, othing major. The pinstripe has faded, ost likely will need to be repainted/striped. The windows are power and do work slowly, oon roof is powered and worked as well. The radio is the original Becker Mexico AM only with cassette, adio was tested and works, owever, he antennae does not go up when the radio is powered on, ut can be pulled up which improves the radio signal to come in much clearer. The tires were installed in 1995, till have the receipt which shows 90915 miles when they were installed. I also have a document titled Sticker Issuance Report that shows the mileage in March, 010 as 93414. Currently the odometer shows 93582 miles, hich would indicate it has been driven 168 miles in the past 5+ years, with around 60 of those miles logged in the last year, o obviously some seals will need to be replaced from it sitting so long. The tires are showing some signs of cracking, ut are holding air with no problem, ut most likely will need replaced due to age and how long the car has sat. I last ran the car a couple of months ago, ot seized up and does crank. I have a clear title in hand. Currently this car is not running, ill be the responsibility of the buyer to coordinate/incur all shipping costs. Please ask all questions prior to bidding. This car is being sold as is, o warranties implied, ill not be parted out.
