1955 Mercedes Benz Unimog 401.101 "Froschauge" Frog's Eye Highly collectable and iconic version of the Mercedes Unimog. This hard to find Unimog was produced from 1953 through 1956 with a reported total production of 16,200 vehicles. The much loved "Mini Mog" is easy to store and transport. It has a strong running 25 hp diesel engine with plenty of low end torque. It has highly capable 4x4 with good ground clearance and portal axles. It has 6 forward and 2 reverse gears, TO, point linkage and an air compressor tank attached to the under-body.This very rare Unimog is ready for restoration and cosmetic attention. It has some rust present and needs new boards in the back bed. It does run and drive. Buyer is responsible for transport.
