1974 Mercedes 450SL - 2 cars

they are both 1974 450 SL model, ext in line to appreciate in value like 190SL through 280SL cars !!

both are sametrim and color, red with black interior, ave only one hardtop

they are rusty as all 107 chassis cars are, ut they are repairable providing you know how to use a MIG welder and have time and space to work on them ! sheet metal panels are readily available, K&K panels is a good source supplier)

one is a RUNNING car, hifts and drives, as a hole in exhaust and is loud, he other does not run, ut turns over easily, suspect the fuel pump or fuel filter is gummed up

both cars have the sameareas of rust: in trunk, loor is rusted on each side (fist size). rust is in vertical rear metal panel,below license plate,and above rear bumper,also in forward section of wheel arches of rear wheels, rivers side front floor pan, ront valance, ills, ndsupport reinforcing brackets inside front wheel arches
