Anyone familiar with the classic 1984 Mazda RX-7 knows that there is a world of difference between the regular RX-7 and the Rx-7 GSL-SE Special Edition produced in 1984. The base price when new was approx $9800 for the regular RX-7 and @$17250 for the Special Edition. This RX-7 GSL-SE has been well taken care of by it's one owner. It has always been in a garage and driven just enough the past few years to keep it running smoothly. This car has most of its original 'get up and go' and will provide a sports car driver with plenty of power. When it first came out, t in the same class as the Corvette and Datsun 300 ZX. This car has been a valued car for its owner and was not abused and was driven purely for pleasure. The driver was over 40 years old when purchased and no younger drivers have driven the car.The Wankel engine is famous for its durability and simplicity of maintainence.
