1988 Mazda RX-7 GXL Coupe 2-Door 1.3L

Body. interior and drive train in good condition. Engine starts. runs. compression bad and smokes (side rotor seals). driven 2 miles and parked after problem started. 16K miles on new 5-speed transmission and clutch. Interior original in good condition (see pics). Some splits on side panels of seats. Most plastic and center console have been replaced. Has custom wood steering wheel and gear shift knob set. Body straight. new paint 6 years ago. broken R front side light cover. No rust. Minor parking lot dings. Only items not working are cruise control. intermittent speed on wipers and rear window deicer. Put new SS exhaust system (from engine header back. no cat) at time of transmission change. New all metal radiator installed in last two years. Needs rear shocks and power steering functions but leaks. Has been daily driver for 14 years. No wrecks since we bought it. no record of any before. Wife and I are non-smokers. Car would need to be trailered to prevent further engine damage. PayPal required.
