Car description |

Very good condition in comparison to others, does have some rust but nothing too MAJOR, see pictures, starts right up, brand new clutch but has has grinding sound coming from transmission, seems like the syncro is no good, tranny and engine are from a 1985 RX7 12A 5 Speed that had about 80k miles and was crashed on the driver side, 13B and Original Tranny are available and come with the car. Racing beat intake on both engines, weber carb on 12A, 13B come with Holley Carb. Interior looks great, all parts are there, great car to drive around in something different and take to shows... great base to bring back history. The plan was to restore it, but I do not have the time.
Perfect Base for Restoration, new clutch kit, shocks, fuel pump, I have front rotors and pads and some misc used parts that will come with the car including 13B and original 4 speed tranny... see pictures for details. 13B engine was removed for rebuild it builds pressure in coolant system. 12A runs fine, but tranny syncro is grinding. I would swap the tranny and call it a day, then rebuild 13B and 5 Speed Tranny... I leave that up to you.
