1988 Mazda RX-7 Convertible Black with Gray Interior

1988 Mazda RX-7 convertible. Black with gray interior. Rotary engine. Manual transmission. 93,445 miles. I bought the car new and have owned it ever since. This car has been pampered and garaged throughout its life. Never been in an accident. Well maintained. No one has ever smoked in it. The style has really aged well. This is a beautiful car and still gets many stares and comments when I drive it.

The car is mostly all original except for new tires, stereo, clutch and exhaust. Tires and exhaust are both relatively new. Original paint, interior, engine and BBS wheels. The original vinyl top is in excellent condition and works perfectly. Heat and A/C work well. Dash and door panels are in excellent condition. Includes factory power windows, power mirrors, cruise control and leather seats. Mazda fitted car cover included.

Passed NC state safety inspection in August 2018. Car has never been painted. Body is in excellent condition with no rust. A few minor dings and scuffs, and one dent on the driver side front fender in front of the wheel well. Car starts and runs very well.Some minor repairs are needed:Needs brakes;Aftermarket stereo is finicky (the original stereo stopped working a few years ago but I do still have it);Driver side window is not operating properly.

This vehicle could be restored to prime condition with a reasonably small amount of work. I'd really like to see someone buy it who will love and enjoy this wonderful car the way I have all these years.
