1988 Mazda 929 RARE 5-Speed M/T car-new engine & trans with less than 50K miles!

VERY RARE & Hard To Find Factory Original 5-speed Manual Transmission car as Standard Equipment on 1988 Mazda 929's. Automatic Trans. was an option in 1988-89 at an extra cost on the window sticker. Majority of all 929's imported to N.A. {US & Canada} were all A/T models unfortunately. It is the same transmission as 86-91 Mazda Rx-7 Turbo with different bell housing & tail housing of course. I believe the 1-4 gear ratios are the same but 5th gear is a different ratio.
Anyway, a basically NEW engine that ONLY had 440 miles on it that came out of a wrecked MPV was used as the replacement engine installed in the 929 at a little over 200K shown on the odometer, along with a Zero {0} mile New crate 5-sp trans., *nice*. The original engine still ran good but it was tired, didn't really need the trans. but since it was there a perfect match to go with the engine. All new parts were replaced for a thorough & complete installation-everything was done at that time-belts, all hoses, tune-up parts, gaskets, seals, clutch, pp, bearings, etc.-all new. Shocks, struts, springs have been replaced. Has recent A/C compressor replacement & freon conversion-blows real cold!, Everything works. Seats front & rear have been replaced with cloth interior, and is in real good condition- still have the old original leather seats taken out from replacement-old drivers seat cover is blown out. Repainted once with nice high quality paint & body-still looks good. Borbet 16" wheels with 205/55R-16 Firestone Firehawks with plenty of tread left-fairly new actually, plus 1 extra wheel for a full size spare-5 wheels total. It runs great & drives real nice and smooth. This was one of the best vehicles Mazda ever produced-great reliability, no issue/problem car. Does need shifter boots/bushings replaced-minor repair, also clutch & brake rubber pedal pads need to be replaced. Comes with Factory Mazda Workshop Manual, Momo steering wheel-$250.00, floor mats, AM/FM/XM/CD unit with remote. Any questions/info needed just ask!
