Car description |

This Maserati Quattroporte sat for 15 years in a garage, under a cover. This is the second time listing this, the first time being listed as it was, fresh out of the garage with no keys, and not running since originally parked. This time around,I purchased and installed a replacement ignition, but there is still no door key. They do take separate keys from the factory, and another seller here on eBay sells blanks that they cut, based on the lock code. I've drained the fuel, cleaned the carburetors, and checked all the fluids; getting the car running and able to 'yard drive'. Runs well and holds gear well, but has not been driven over 20 mph. Belt is squealing and seems to make power steering not work. When I drove it from the garage to the front of my house, it seemed to function better. Windows do not go down, but regulators attempt to. Most likely needs tracks cleaned and lubricated. Electric seats seem to work fine, Trunk solenoid does not make any attempt. Mileage is 84,916. Has a few rust bubbles on the exterio, and driver's seat and console show signs of wear. Please see pictures. I can answer any questions to the best of my knowledge. If you would like to see and examine in person, that can be arranged. Thank you. Sorry about pictures, eBay only allowed me to take pictures, rather than upload from my phone. Current pictures are from this morning with frost, early this morning. I'll post better pictures inside and out later today. On Feb-06-17 at 17:11:14 PST, seller added the following information:
Passenger reverse light has been fabricated in a previous repair. It is running off of an auxiliary fuel pump, but a new primary pump is included with the sale. There is also an assortment of switches and a pair of used shocks, that seem to be good. I don't know if they are front or rear. I apologize for having a lack of knowledge on these cars, but again, will answer any questions best I can. Thank you for looking.
