For Sale 1989 Lincoln Cartier Carriage To, no reserve . Has been meticulously maintained and has maintenance records and receipts since new along with original window options/price sticker . Also owners manual..warranty card and new car pamphlets in original leatherette binder . Because the stock transmission in these Lincolns had a weak.. poor design shift module that caused problems.. just spent $1,400.00 on transmission..new shift kit with all the new updates for shift module..new torque converter..new shift bands..bushings and seals with receipt that is still under local warranty . Recent in tank fuel pump/gauge sending unit . Has top of the line JVC stereo with remote control and owners manual with the sweet stock JBL speakers . Odometer reads 34,200 miles but is 134,200.. I.. wanting to be honest put it on the old title when I took it down to put it in my name not knowing that it would brand the new titl, that will teach me ha ha . Has like new Toyo tires..brakes . Runs..drives..shifts..brakes and handles like a new car . Overall looks very good for a 30 year old classic driver.. but has some age related patina..no clear coat pealing but some paint fading and few tiny chips . Nice interior but a little cracking on drivers door arm rest . "Everything" works except the "separate" trip computer that most of these vintage Lincolns didn't even come with except the very top of the line models . Last owners told me it quit working when the new stereo was installed and they were told the trip computer module was in the old JBL stereo AM FM cassette deck like many of vehicles made in the 80', don't know but never missed it as all regular gauges and warning lights work . This is a very well maintained dependable and comfortable daily driver . The last year of the vintage square body with that "Rolls Royce" style grill . Always someone walking up to look at her and say they have always wanted one these and gets that thumbs up every time I drive it . Not show room but very nice . $500 deposit though Pay Pal required with 48 hours and the rest by cashiers check with in 7days . Thank you for looking .On Aug-06-19 at 17:01:18 PDT, seller added the following information:
