Car description |
---|
Selling my very rare 1966 Lincoln Continental 2 door coupe with a clean Oregon title, Car has come rust issues as you can see but over all is very sound.
Engine was pulled apart to replace a cam, lifters, timing chain and water pump but I have never been able to get back to getting it done.
The car was running and driving when I bought it but due to the lifter noise & leaking water pump I never drove it far. It's a great car to drive as you would expect a Lincoln to be.
As I pulled the parts I put them in the trunk so everything except the new parts should be there.
I will get some more pics up this week of the underbody.
Interior is in good condition for an over 50 year old vehicle, all glass and trim seems to be in good condition and present.
Paint needs a good coat of wax at the very least but it really needs a respray. Current paint looks to be original and there are no signs of bondo or previous repairs.
I bought the car because even though its less than perfect it is very original with no hidden surprises.
I just do not have the time for the car and I hate to see it sitting around not getting the attention it deserves.
Vehicle is located in Battle Ground WA.
You can contact me to arrange an inspection either buy yourself or a third party.
