Here's the story behind this hard to find cruiser: Purchased new in 1979 by the father. It was sent to California prior to delivery to the Lincoln dealership to have the custom "Faux" ragtop installed. The Mother upon first sight of this beauty at the dealership. fell in love with it and just had to have it. She hates to see it go but wants it to go to a new home. The Father is now 88 years old and doesn't drive too much anymore and just wants someone to love it and enjoy as they did all these years. They retired in sunny Arizona where the vehicle has resided and enjoyed the beautiful dry desert. This is the last year of the big stretch cars. With gas being so cheap nowdays. its fun to drive but be careful. this is a solid smooth running car and its easy to be speeding and not even notice it. Fully loaded with all the options and goodies of the day. Brand spanking new factory wire hubcaps. Convertible looking top is in great condition. Interior Upholstery is near perfect. just has one slight blemish near driver's seat (see picture). Still has all the original exterior paint. chrome. lights. window glass and trim which are near perfect. The interior. carpet. headliner. glove box and arm rests are all great.
