Car description |
---|
1953 Lincoln Capri 2 door coupe as found straight from dry local barn. Was running and driving when put into storage in 1964.
Originally was sold in Nevada which would account for the rust free condition as can be seen on the underside and also in the trunk spare tire well that is usually an area prone to rot.
The interior is just as I found it and does appear to be all original and in good condition but needs a good cleaning. The painted surface has some fading along with some minor issues consistent with a car that has been sitting for 53 years but overall is very complete and solid and a perfect candidate for restoration. I also have the original issued factory keys along with key for lock of spare tire on continental kit.
I encourage you to call me at 603-239-7200 with any questions or to arrange an inspection. If you would like more pictures of anything specific just ask.
If your feedback rating is between 0 - 10 please contact me before bidding otherwise your bid will probably be canceled. A 500.00 non refundable deposit through Pay Pal is expected within 24 hours of auction ending with the balance due within 7 days unless other arrangements have been made.
I can assist with shipping as I do have a very reliable shipper and can also apply for a title if needed for overseas shipment.
