My loss is your gain! My collection has to go. This is my 1979 Lincoln Continental Collector's Series, 4 door, 71,500 miles. Good condition but not excellent. The car has been repainted and is very presentable. The owner before me had it stored in an exposed cinder block garage. The lye in the block "etched" the paint/clearcoat the length of the passenger side... hence the repaint -- NOT because of body damage. The vinyl bumper inserts did not come out well. They are in one piece, however the minor surface cracks show through the paint. Otherwise, the body is glossy and solid. The roof is perfect, but the sunroof is inoperable. I don't know the reason. The previous owner had it sealed instead of repaired and I didn't get around to it. The windows and locks all work. The climate control fan blows, but the air conditioner is not cold. The radio and factory CB are not working, but there is an extra head unit in the trunk. Again, this was the previous owner's doing and I simply didn't get around to it. I had new vogue tyres installed, the brakes done and front end inspected... all in great shape. No engine issues. No transmission issues. The seats have no tears or spots and the trunk liner is in tact. The original tool kit and accessories are still in the trunk. Please ask any questions and feel free to take a look in person.
