Car description

I have here a 1985 Lincoln Town Car for sale. It is a 1-owner vehicle (My Late Grandfather). I am in charge of selling the vehicle, per my Grandmother.
The vehicle was purchased new by my grandfather and grandmother in 1985, and it has been in the family ever since. My grandfather passed away in February of 2015, and sadly, it's time for one of his toys to go to a new home, as it just doesn't get the attention it deserves.
Pros:
-Low miles (88,544 original miles)-Air Conditioning will work (inoperable at the moment, as it is low on freon and has a leak)-Interior is in amazing condition-Car is still whole, not parted out in any way; rust is not an issue on this one.-Will start and run-Comes with fairly new Interstate battery (9/2014)- Spark plugs recently replaced (New Motorcraft Plugs were used)- Windows do work-Comes with vehicle manuals-Has maintenance history from its entire daily driver life (1985-2001)
Cons:
-Engine does run and stays running but is in need of an overhaul, is full of oil, but light is on; does develop a tick when heated up. (Gaskets, valve stem seals, etc)-Paint on trunk will need to be redone, as well as the padded rear top over back doors (will need to be re-dyed)-Vehicle does run and stop, but will need a new Brake Booster and/or Master Cylinder as the brake pedal likes to sink to the floor every now and then.-Wheel lock key to wheel caps in missing-Will need both mirror glasses replaced-Driver side window motor and regulator could use a replacement (does go down, but gets hung up)-Will need new tires (Wheel lock location is unknown as my grandfather kept up with it and it is nowhere in the car)-Vehicle does have a clean title, though it does have one minor accident with another vehicle reported. Does not affect the status of the title or the drivability of the car.
I am asking $2700 obro. Please shoot me your offer, I will entertian all reasonable offers. This 1-owner car as is, even though not perfect, is a solid starting point for a really nice show car.
