Car description

1956 Lincoln MK II: If you are looking at this car you may already be aware of its value. One of the most expensive production cars made in 1956 and the most expensive ever produced by an American auto manufacturer by this time. Hand made in every detail and represents the finest and most luxurious design that Lincoln could offer. A short production run of these cars (1956 and 1957 only) makes these cars highly sought after with only 3,444 units being made. (Vin on this unit: C56C2259)

When searching for fair market values on these cars you will find that running examples in poor condition range from $15,000 to those fully restored reaching the sky! This car does run and drive, brakes have been re-worked and new parts include: radiator, two windshields, carburation and ignition parts (not entire system) so there is still plenty left for the "enthusiast"! J

The pictures represent condition as bought. I have not performed any modifications to the car that take away from its originality. It does have rust and will need (and deserves) a complete restoration with both frame and body enhancement. This car is an air-conditioned model and all parts are available for reinstallation if so desired. (You will also note that this car has optional bumperetts.) The only known parts that are missing on the car are the two side moldings just behind the rear wheels, both of which can be obtained from "Jack Rosen MARK II Parts". (I have inserted a picture of the parts manual for your reference.) Although not pictured, the car's rear bumper is also present and in excellent condition for re-chroming.

I have a clear Washington title in my name so there will no problem with transfer or registration. I am offering the car at $13,000 OBO. (The OBO is where the deal can be made as I am open to trade offers and cash combinations with cash offers equal to or in excess of $9,000 minimum. I thank you in advance for taking this into consideration when making your offer.)

Feel free to contact me if so desired. All available parts for the car are currently boxed and ready for shipment so I will only unpackage and display with these parts at the time of pick-up upon request. The tires on the car are entirely suitable for transport as the car is not road worthy. I am available before 6:00 a.m. and after 4:00 p.m. daily Monday-Friday. (Saturday and Sundays after 7:00 a.m. up to 11:00 p.m(My name is Joey: Phone 360-three28-9three71 or 360-three28-9three73.
