I've had this car about 10 years. I had the transmission, ngine, enerator, nd brakes rebuilt- and maybe the water pumps; I don't remember. The weather stripping around the doors and windows is also new. There is no overdrive on this transmission; it cruises at 45 mph. I had an extra fan (electric) installed in 2007 for a hometown parade, nd it ran cool the whole time. The interior floor is orange shag carpeting, nd the seats are white vinyl (good condition). Many of the forward window surrounds have been chromed by a previous owner. The steering wheel is from a 1942 model. The engine is not original to this particular car, ut it is correct, s far as I can tell. I purchased this car with no radio, ut I bought one from a parts broker in the Lincoln Zephyr Owner's Club. There is a rust spot about the size of a silver dollar on the front bumper, isible in at least one of the photos. There is also rust on the hubcaps and rear bumper. There is a crack in the fuel filler line about a foot down from the cap, ecessitating filling with a long funnel. There is also an impact ding about four inches long, ear the left tail light. The car has been in my mobile home carport for the four years I have lived here; before that it was inside my shop. I drove it often for the first six months or so that I lived here, ntil health problems made it more and more difficult to maintain. It was last driven about two years ago, nd last started this summer, hen I put gas in the carb. For some reason it stalls when the float chamber is empty. I had hopes of cleaning it up, nd taking some nice pictures, ut it's not going to happen. I have clear title, egistration and insurance, o if you get it started, ou can drive it home. Please call with any questions between 10am and 8pm Pacific Standard Time.Sincerely:Steve Barilovits(310) 367-8975
