Needs battery and not sure of anything else but when parked everything worked.Shipping or pick up is the responsibility of the buyer. Vehicle is available for pick up any day and any time. Seller is not responsible for shipping fees or ensurance of delivery to buyer.Payment via cash or certified bank check. Upon receipt of cash titled will be signed and transferred.
