1970 Lincoln Mark111 History of the car:According to Mr. Dan Pfeiffer, FEIFFER LINCOLN - MERCURY, NC., mmediately after production this car was assigned to the Ford Motor Company World Headquarters for display duty. Following this static duty Ford elected to market the car through their closed auction. Mr. Al Abend purchased the car from the dealer who bought it at the Ford Motor Company closed auction. I'm not sure how long Mr. Abend owned the car but it was purchased directly from him by Dan Pfeiffer. I believe that the next owner, r. H. Holman, nbsp;purchased the car in 1999. I have a few maintenance records for the car in his name dated in 1999. In 2009 the car had had 23,070original miles. In 2012 the car was serviced and all of the systems work properly.
