Lexus LS400

LS400 8/89 Title says 1990 It just passed smog, plates will not go with the car. The car will NOT be smog before sale.
The car has scratches and dings on the body (27 years old), the rims are good no curb rash, tires are new I have all the receipts for work that was done or for items I bought for it. All the front headlights are in good condition no chips, the rear tail lights are in good shape no chips or cracks. The rear driver side tail light has a bulb out. The antenna does not close so its always up. The rear bumper has the paint fading no paint pealing.
The car runs and shifts fine no hesitation, the interior is cloth light blue, drivers window control is not setting in place it works fine. The driver side seat all the power functions work the seat it self the foam could be replaced for a more comfortable seat. The passenger seat is not working. The seat belt on the driver side does not re tract.The steering wheel memory setting works. Sunroof works but has a crack in it does not leak. The headliner in not sagging, there are no tears in the seats all lighting inside the car works mirrors and rear reading lights work also. The radio works all the functions on the console work the cigarette lighter does not work nor the rear center console one either. This car comes from a non smoker so it has never been smoked in as long as I have had it. The instrument cluster works accept the miles indicator broke and is not working. When it was driven it was used for in town driving. The A/C does not work.
The steering wheel is sun backed as well as the shifter control, the driver door is separated from the lever meaning when you open the door it will swing all the way open. So you need to repair that so it does swing open or close on you. The door works fine just something that needs to be fixed. I have not replaced the timing chains on the car. It does get regular oil changes. It will need front shocks soon rears are fine,The front brakes were done, the rear need to be done.
