Just over $3,000 in new work has been done to this truck in the past month. The truck starts right up, uns fine and is really fun to drive around in. The bendix on the starter is a little sticky. The spring is probably a little weak. Sometimes you have to turn the key a second time. It always starts right up though and my mechanic has recommended not rebuilding or exchanging the starter at this point in time. He said I could expect to drive it like that for another 10-15 years. This is a very cool and very rare truck in the US. At this point in its life, t could easily live longer than you will! Feel free to email me with questions. I'll answer them if I can. If you want to talk on the phone instead, lease email me with your phone number and I will call you after work. Unfortunately, can't talk Land Rovers on the phone at work.I'm not a dealer and I am not a Land Rover expert. I just have too many cars in my driveway and am hoping that you can help me fix that. Thanks for looking.Lars
