- no body rust or major frame rust

- everything present (not installed door and window rubbers or door panels but are present)

- Ford 302 driveline (came that way dont blame me)

Bad:

- needs rear leafsprings

- brakes need to be redone

- needs all rubbers and seals installed in and around the cab
