I just don't have time to start/finish this project and she needs a good home... For Sale: 1963 NADA LHD Land Rover Series IIA 88. Everything is early 2A (1963) with the exception of the hood and tub, which were sourced from a 71. I was told the 2.25L petrol was running when parked, but can not verify. Truck has orig hand throttle and orig dual temp gauge. Sale includes everything in the photos with exception of the seat box. Firewall forward seems to be complete w/ exception of the air intake elbow and a heater. Most of the heavy steel parts like the axles, 16" rims, steering linkages, front grille, rear brake and spring plates, seat rails, etc., look ok and should clean up nice... (blast and powder coat or paint) The rear axle main brace "looks" solid w/ no typical rust, however the rear cross member is rusted along with the fwd tub supports which have been cut. The lower bulkhead suffers from typical New England rust w/ the foot wells rusted. That said, the upper portion of the bulkhead around the vents appears to be OK. Rear tub has a couple small holes as well as some mud which I had removed in prep for rear panel replacement (see pics.) Front wing also has some plastic in it (see pic.) Door tops and rear full door with tire mount included with sale. As you can see from the pics, the rear tub is loose. The same goes for the hood. She will trailer fine, although the rear spring pack is pretty rusted. Truck is sold with clean MA title with matching correct data tag and orig frame stamping. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Truck being sold "as-is" and I welcome local inspection as I can not accept returns. Vehicle needs to be picked up and paid for w/in a week (Wife wants her driveway back. LOL) Thanks for looking-
