1990 LAND ROVER DEFENDER 110: --Black metallic, Black leather interior with White stitching, Hard Top wagon, Restored, 200Tdi 4-cylinder engine, 5-Speed manual transmission, Excellent throughout. The Land Rover Defender 110 needs no introduction as one of the most iconic four-wheel drive vehicles of all time. Production of the model now known as the Defender began in 1983 as the Land Rover 110, a name which reflected the 110-inch (2,800 mm) length of the wheelbase. Outwardly, there is little to distinguish the post-1983 vehicles from the Series III Land Rover. The Defender 110’s were modernized, including Coil springs, offering a more comfortable ride and improved axle articulation, a permanent four-wheel-drive system derived from the Range Rover, a modernized interior and a taller one-piece windscreen. This 5-door D110 was recently fully restored in Italy and imported to the United States. The Defender was completely stripped and treated to a frame-off restoration with the frame and body sanded and then primed and painted in Black metallic. The upholstery is a custom Black leather with White diamond stitching. The custom leather was extended to door panels, rear bench seats and center console. Other fitments and upgrades include Sawtooth wheels with new tires, Puma hood with Defender decal, new grille to fit Puma hood, LED lights, MOMO steering wheel, custom rear bench seating with seatbelts and a Marshall sound system with Bluetooth. The 200Tdi engine is in excellent order and shows 167K miles. It has recently had a full servicing to ensure its being ready for its next new owner. The quality and condition of both the interior and exterior will be appreciated by anyone who knows and lusts for the ownership of a Defender 110! This 110 is superb throughout and ready for immediate use on or off the road.
