LAND ROVER 88 1980
Totally Refresh. One of the most talked during the 70th anniversary Party in Europe (Spain). Words cannot describe this stunning 1980 Land Rover 88. Finished in yellow with black interior. a mix between a lightweightand a land rover 88. It was a vehicle-oriented to The Camel Trophy Rally competition that was held annually between 1980 and 2000 andit was best known for its use of Land Rover vehicles over challenging terrains, the event took its name from its main sponsor, the camel cigarette brand. Full instrumentation; speedometer in miles and kilometers, tachometer, fuel gauge. Along with other switches and control functions. Body and paint is in very good condition. It was repainted 4 years ago, in the same original color. All bright work is in excellent condition with minimal pitting, dents or marks. The interior is in very good condition with all its original fitments. The "pleather" seats are soft showing only the very modest of wear. It does show all the lovely signs of gentle use and the warm "patina" that makes these Classic Land Rovers what they are. (The word "patina" is used literally here, and not as a means to explain old dry) Mechanically, the car is superb. It has been put through "Las Comas Park" test drive during the 70th anniversary and it made without any issues the tracks blue, green and red tracks. This aside, the car was excellent to begin with. As testimony, we received the car after more than 3 years of not being started. - after doing all the necessary service, it fired up instantly and held a steady idle like! It is certainly very sound and the low mileage can be of no question. It idles very smooth, powers well with low and high gears and handles the road comfortably and straight - no front end or backend suspension issues. It comes to a stop, true and strong. The tires on the car are at 70%Under the bonnet, the presentation is very good. It has simply kept clean and tidy throughout its life with no RUST. You must take the time to look at ALL the photos. It is without question a valuable find and investment. ~~ Interesting Information about this land rover 88.
