1989 Land Rover Defender 110 V8!

Proper VIN SALLDHMV7FA371353. eBay doesn't recognize the imported Land Rover VINs. This is a very nice. solid Defender 110 with a good running V8 motor. Truck is RHD with 130k miles on it. Exterior has nice paint and a straight body. All the major aspects of the truck are as they should be. bulkhead. frame. cross member. foot wells and bottom of doors very solid. Foot wells and passenger rear door has some surface rust but nothing that needs to be patched or attended to at the moment. This truck is more of a basic truck from an interior standpoint. The interior. while clean and complete. is the bare setup as the doors are the bare metal with no interior panels. The truck is currently in my shop near Saratoga Springs. NY having the engine tuned up to ensure a smooth running V8 motor. Truck shifts thru all five gears as it should and brakes efficiently. This truck received its MOT certificate (see photo of sticker on truck) which is an annual test akin to state inspections here in the US to ensure the vehicle is safe and road worthy. You will notice very few of the trucks listed on eBay can claim this. Keep in mind though this is an original 25 year old truck so there are the usual bumps and bruises here and there. Two issues to take note of is that the rear door is in rougher shape. It does its job but would be something I would want a buyer to be aware of. Also. the wheels and tires in the pics are not what is on the truck now. Those were swapped and the original wheels which are white and the original sized tires (a touch smaller) are what is on the truck now. I am awaiting additional pics from the shop to post so both can be displayed. This is an original. 25 year old truck born in 1989 so this is the newest possible import and I. of course. have a clear VA title as well as the properly signed custom. EPA and DOT docs which I will include in the sale. This is a great starter truck as a turn key. fun daily driver that can also be added to. upgraded or be a rolling restoration project. I have proceed this truck incredibly reasonably as I need the room in the shop and have another potential project in the hopper. and I'm having (well. my wife is actually having) our boy in two weeks and the asset load needs to decrease.
