NAS 1993 Land Rover Defender 110 Base Sport Utility 4-Door 3.9L - NO RESERVE!
This is a two owner truck with a clean carfax with 85k original miles. Badge number is 125.
The Good:
New brake lines all the way around with new master cylinder
New front calipers pads and rotors
New rear brakes
Replaced the rear cross member
New fuel tank
New galvi skid plate
Replacement power steering box with new seals
We replaced the front bumper and brush guard with fresh new powder coated ones
AC blows cold
Trans shifts smooth
Truck has been detailed and paint has been refreshed, it appears to be all original paint. No signs of resprays
Things that should be addressed
Front door frame lowers need to be replaced
T post need to be replaced
There needs some bulkhead repair
Seat box needs to be freshened up
I would replace fuel lines
I would over haul all bushings/tie rods and steering links
The Cayts are rattling so depending on where it goes they should be replaced or eliminated
Chassis is solid but a good cleaning and chassis coat would be in order
Headliner is a touch saggy
Could use a tune up
Great opportunity to own a true piece of Land Rover history. Can be driven as is, $8-10k can make it very nice and a bit more can make it REALLY nice. No matter which way you go, this is a vehicle that will continue to appreciate in value.
