This is a solid Defender that gets around 30-32mpg. It was previously used as a parts delivery vehicle and was maintained by it's keeper. Receipts, provided with the vehicle to us, show a previous engine rebuild, new clutch kit, as well as various gaskets and suspension components. It has 235/85R16 tires, 2" suspension lift, bigger shocks, HD steering guard, raised air intake, new brakes, etc.
If you're looking for a more affordable Defender without the headache of importing yourself or worse yet, paying someone to, this is the truck for you. With the highly sought after 200Tdi engine it starts up the first time, every time. The new brakes get it stopped in a hurry. The trans is tight and clutch shifts smoothly. All fluids have been changed as well. We've put about 300 miles on it since import and wouldn't hesitate to drive across the country tomorrow. It truly is a great example of the iconic Land Rover Defender.
