1994 NAS DEFENDER 90 FULLY RESTORED

1994 Defender 90 full frame-off restoration.

Professionally restored by D.A.P. Enterprises.

A new, galvanized chassis has been installed and coated with a rust inhibiting Kevlar based coating.

All parts have been removed from the body, chassis, suspension, interior and all subsystems.

All removed items have been inspected, cleaned and either rebuilt or replaced.

All removed parts have been either galvanized for rust protection, replaced with stainless steel or coated with marine grade rust inhibitors, as appropriate to the item.

All new custom made stainless steel brake and fuel lines have been installed.

All body panels have been removed, dismantled, cleaned and either acid dipped or media blasted.

Door frames, body cappings and firewall have been galvanized.

All body parts have been primed and painted with multiple layers of color coat and finished with 2 layers of clear coat.

Original factory paint colors have been maintained.

All body panels have been painted inside and out prior to assembly on the vehicle.

The engine has been dismantled and inspected.

Re-assembly of the engine was accomplished using all new gaskets and seals.

All external engine components have been powder coated for added protection.

The exhaust manifolds have been stripped and coated with a high temperature ceramic coating.

The vehicle has been re-assembled by hand utilizing stainless steel fasteners wherever possible.

Hand cut gaskets have been installed at all points that the body comes in contact with the frame and/or other components. This process was done to prevent galvanic corrosion in future years.

All new upholstery and Badger top. LED taillamp assemblies.
