I'm sure if you are looking at this vehicle, hat you have a pretty good idea why you are looking. I'm not going to go into the details of how great these cars are. For sale is a 1972 Series III that was made to look a bit like a Defender. The only things that were really changed were: the hood (from 1994 Defender 90). Otherwise it is all original. The car has had a lot of mechanical work done on it over the past years. Everything was changed to make it a better running car, ncluding brand new shocks, 2000 brake job that included brand new shoes, aster cylinder, lave cylinder and other parts required, lutch and a lot more work. All done by a reputable Land Rover shop in the Bay Area that only works on Land Rover's! There are still a few minor things that should ideally be done, nd I have all the parts to get it done, hat I'll provide with the sale of the car (primarily all cosmetic). The metal top comes off and it becomes a convertible and you can put a soft top on top of the roll cage that is already installed. Looks stunning without the top. I have a clear title in hand under my name. There is never a need for a SMOG, s the car is exempt. It is a 4 cylinder car that is powered by gasoline. This is not a diesel land rover. Come by and give it a test drive and you will not be disappointed.
