1974 jeep cj5 base 5.0l - 304 V8 - 3 speed - running project - low reserve

Jeep CJ . Condition is Used. Please note - the Jeep runs and drives, but the bolt that holds the alternator to the block is broken and jeep will need immediate mechanical attention. it will run "around the block" and onto a trailer etc.. but will not be able to be driven home.
I bought this Jeep in 2016 from the PO. Outside of the vehicle cost, I have over $10,000 of receipts from myself and the previous owner. I had it shipped up from Texas and has been winter Garage kept. It was a poorly running project when I got it and I have been addressing little issues over the 4 years. Given the current state of things with COVID, I unfortunately have to part with the fun toy. I don't have the extra funds at the moment for a jeep like this.
The Jeep has a 304 V8 with a cam in it. I was told from the PO that the motor was rebuilt but I do not have paperwork. I got the jeep with 290 miles on the odometer and have put about 3700 miles on it. It has a rebuilt T-150 3 speed transmission that I do have paperwork on. It was given the amateur restoration from 2014-2016 and almost everything is new from then.
The Jeep has a driver quality paint job in "Kawasaki Green". Other items include:- edelbrock intake- new edelbrock carb- new aluminum radiator- new gas tank- BDS suspension and fox shocks (i believe it is a 4" lift - leafs still have sticker on them)- black mountain front seats- bestop rear seat (unistalled but included)- rugged ridge side steps- new dual exhaust from headers back- new bluetooth stereo- tuffy lockbox storage- new bestop soft top and doors (unistalled but included)- rugged ridge front bumper (uninstalled but included)- updated DUI performance ignition- equipped with Air Conditioning (i have never used with no top)- 4x4 equipped with manual warn locking (never used)- LED brake lights- steel braided brake lines- new windshield glass- 31.5 in tires on 15" mickey Thompson rims
when dialed in the jeep is a fun toy to cruise in. it turns heads and gets thumbs up. i have driven it on the expressway with no issues at 65-70 mph
it just needs a little TLC from the right person.- mentioned the alternator bracket bolt- leaking oil and coolant- timing needs to be tweaked- steering has some play, but no death wobble and i have driven it at highway speeds with no issues
